Channels & inbox
Social (Facebook, Instagram)
Connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to capture ad leads, turn comments into leads, and read & reply to DMs — all inside the same inbox and CRM as your other channels. Google Ads lead forms sync too, and AI can auto-reply to DMs for you.
Connecting an account
Open Leads → Capture and find the Integrations section. Click Connect on Facebook & Instagram or Google and complete the platform’s login. Once connected, leads, comments, and DMs start flowing in automatically. LinkedIn and TikTok are listed there as coming soon.

Lead ads & comments
- Lead-form submissions are synced into your pipeline and fire the ad_lead_received trigger, so routing and follow-up can run automatically.
- Comments on your posts and ads can be captured as leads too — filtered by keyword (Settings → CRM) so your pipeline stays clean, not noisy.
- Route each ad form to a specific pipeline and stage from Leads → Capture.
DMs & auto-reply
Inbound Instagram and Facebook DMs appear in the Inbox alongside WhatsApp and Email, where a human can reply. They also fire the Message received trigger, so AI auto-reply can draft or send a response for you.
X (Twitter)
X has no native lead-form API, so X leads come in through your web forms tagged with the x source; conversion events can be reported back to X for ad optimisation.
